Bio

I was on my way to New Haven, CT to go to my Uncle's funeral and I had a layover in Baltimore. I decided to grab a beer at the airport bar, never expecting the events that would follow. My Uncle's death was near and dear to me and it will always be something that tears my heart apart. In my navy suit, I sat at the lonesome bar on that rainy day. Lighting a cigarette and beer in hand, I looked like I was really struggling with life. There were little to no people in the bar since it was around 9 am. Then I saw a man sit at the bar with a hat and sunglasses. I recognized this man from somewhere. So, with beer and cigarette in hand I went up to the bar and sat down with one stool in between us. The man asked what the trouble was, obviously well versed in human nature. I said my Uncle had just passed and he slightly patted me on the back and said, "people come and go, but they never leave."

That was the day I met Bob Dylan. We spoke for only a few minutes, but it changed my life forever. I write about things that have meaning. I do not want to be some pop star that is predestined and that has some sort of plan. I just want to spread what I think to be the truth that I have found in life. It is important to me that my songs are the best that I could possibly write, exhibiting nothing easy. All I want is for people to hear what I deem to be the truth, through my songs.
