Bio
Scott first fell in love with the drums at the age of 12. Growing up north of Barrie Ontario, he found music an excellent outlet for the boredom and sense of alienation he experienced as a teenager. Scott prided his musicianship often leaving his audience in awe. He knew he had found a great gift in his life and he desired to share it.
He played in his high school senior orchestra, helped form a percussion ensemble, and played as pit drummer for the musical 'The Boyfriend' and 'Guys and Dolls.' During this time period Scott was also playing in a metal band known as Poison Delivery. Scott was in the habit of writing things he could barely play which encouraged him to constantly strive for the next level of musicianship.
After high school Poison Delivery broke up when scott began studying classical percussion at York University. After a year Scott became fed up with the academic approach to music so he took some time to focus on his own projects until he found an independent music production course at Seneca college.
These days Scott is promoting himself as a session player while teaching drum lessons and developing his home studio. He plans to keep searching for players of his liking and start touring within the next three years.
