Bio
Scott & Jason became friends in 2004 when Jason was playing keyboards at a little church in Campbell, California. Scott heard about a potential opening at the church for a worship pastor position and attended an evening meeting. Scott left the meeting early and was approached by Jason who snuck out a side door in order to catch him. They had a brief introduction and conversation about the position. Scott said that he was considering it. Not long after, Scott came on board as the part-time worship pastor. Him and Jason quickly became best friends as well as ministry partners as they share the same love and passion for music and spreading God's word through music. Today, their families are close and share vacations together. Together they have hosted and organized worship conferences and concerts featuring artists such as Tommy Walker, Linda McCrary and Paul Stephens.
The first EP, I Stand Amazed is Scott's first CD as a solo artist and features original songs that him and Jason wrote. They share a lot of the same musical influences such as John Mayer, Tommy Walker, Chris Tomlin, Earth Wind & Fire and many other R&B and Christian artists.
In today's Christian music scene there is a lot of guitar-driven influence with synthesized drum loops. We have taken it back "old-school" with real drums, piano, wurly, B3 sounds in addition to acoustic and electric guitars. Also, we believe in being rooted in a local church and going out to the world from there while bringing people with us on our journey to spread the Gospel throughout the world.
