Biography

Sean Brown is an American Rapper and Record Producer. Born on March 1, 1986, Sean Anthony Brown was raised in Southern California. His musical training began early, growing up listening to the likes of Earth Wind and Fire, The Spinners, and Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes playing from his step-fathers record player. Sean Brown was first inspired to start producing music listening to Kanye West produced “Izzo” on Jay Z’s Blue Print album. Sean started selling his beats to local acts and friends in high school and eventually started to write lyrics to his music. Since then Sean Brown has been striving to inspire the world with his words. "I love music in general and I study music on a constant basis, being a producer as well as an artist I listen to all sorts of music that keeps me motivated.” Sean Brown has come a long way from making beats in his bedroom in high school. He has since then performed with the likes of Colby Odonis, released three successful mix-tapes, signed a record contract with an Independent label, and has continuous radio spins on Power 106 and Latino 96.3. He is currently working on his first album set to release in early 2010. "This is the beginning of something very massive, a movement... I think a lot of people are afraid to dream big and that's where I have the upper hand." - Sean Brown
