San Diego, California, USA

Noise-Pop/Garage punk duo from San Diego that may remind you of the better parts of the 90’s.

Our sound could best be described as catchy, distortion-laden power pop with punk roots and a healthy use of reverb that overall is definitely heavier and more atmospheric than what most garage bands are currently doing. Our songs range in topic but generally encompass life in San Diego, from traffic, to Mexican food, to the general sun drenched glaze that hangs over the city, along with darker tongue-in-cheek lyrics about love, loss, and burritos. While our musical inspiration spans across the majority of the sonic spectrum, we pull a certain sound into our music from 60's surf rock (Del Shannon), soulful Motown-like artists (David Ruffin, The Marvelettes), black metal (Watain, Burzum), and old hardcore punk (Circle Jerks, Gang Green, TSOL).

Our self released (Self-titled) EP/Demo features the songs Luna, Rotting Palm, and Mexican Candy. Luna has warmly received airplay on local radio station FM 91.1
