Bio
Blessed with a panache for music and the voice of an angel, singer/songwriter Sean Fair has taken destiny by the horns by deciding to pursue his passion for entertainment as a solo artist.
Influenced by music legends such as Prince, Marvin Gaye, Michael Jackson and Mariah Carey, Fair considers himself a true vocalist who possesses a uniquely honest approach to his craft.
Born and raised in Detroit, Sean first discovered the power of his voice in the third grade when he sang Can We Talk by Tevin Campbell in a school talent show. It was then that a sincere love for the stage was born. From that point on he went on to perform with the Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit, and it was there that he continued to hone and perfect his singing and acting abilities.
Later at the age of 17, he was signed to his first label deal with Sony/BMG with the gospel recording group 21:03. Though the opportunity was one that helped groom and prepare him for the industry at large, he decided to step out on faith and pursue his career as a solo artist.
Now in his early 20's, Sean Fair is ready to take his place at center stage. With a true vocal finesse and an infectiously charismatic personality to back it up, his name is destined to be as great as those he admires most.
“I really want to reach the world. I hope to be the type of artist who will inspire and entertain.” he stated. “If you do your best, God will take care of the rest.”
