Founder of Gruv Til Dawn productions in 1994 in Atlanta GA. After relocating to Lafayette LA in the summer of 1995, known then as Dj Frosty, he organized several events spinning along side of great artists and Dj’s such as: Rabbit in the Moon, Keokie, Nigel Richards, Icey, K-5, Rob-E and Kevin Kazell. After several residencies in S.W. Louisianaa hottest venues, late in 1996 came the departure of Dj Frosty from the underground scene. During this time Sean never lost his love for the underground music scene, which is evident by the passion and determination he has shown since his return in late 1999. Enter the new born Sean Gruv and Gruvstation Records. He has worked hard to regain the status as a Dj and to take it to the next level by obtaining a Recording Engineering degree for Full Sail in Orlando Florida. He has played several venues in Orlando such as Matrix, The Alpha Bar and the Grotto, and with the release of his first US mix CD due out for Thanksgiving ( “ The Unreleased Colletion” ) Sean Gruv is blowing out 2003 with a bang. The ultimate goal for Sean Gruv is to launch his record label Gruvstation Records and join forces with those that share the same passion and produce a new level of underground dance music, not to mention his hope of bringing his music live to the masses. Evident from the talent above, his diversity in musical genres shows that he has no boundaries. Be sure not to miss his hand raising set if he is ever in your area.
