This album is a showcase of great vocal, and guitar work... Nothing is overdone and no two songs are alike. This guy should do workshops on songwriting, recording, and performing. Bio
Hello, my name is Sean T Johnson. I am a 42 year old singer/songwriter originally from a small west Tennessee town, now residing in Vine Grove, Kentucky. I have been playing and writing music since the early 90s in a variety of places, from cafes and bars in the San Francisco Bay area to various music venues in Louisville, KY and the surrounding areas. I would describe my music as melody driven Folk-rock intertwined with a little pop and a dab of country. As for influences, I would say that my music has been directly shaped the most from artists such as CSN, Indigo Girls, Dave Matthews and Bruce Springsteen. What can I say, I have always been enamored with the acoustic guitar in music and the way it can be weaved in and out thru a song as if breathing. As a songwriter I like to think that I try and write lyrics from the heart and melodies from the soul. My new album entitled "Busted Parts & Broken Hearts" is just such a creation. It is full of songs about life, love, hope and loss. It has been years in the making and has been quite a labor of love.
