Probably the best-known Ramones song goes “Twenty twenty twenty four hours to go, I wanna be sedated. Nothing to do, no where to go-o, I wanna be sedated.”
Well, if you’re feeling the stress, Dallas-based Ramones tribute band, Sedated has the perfect answer, and that’s to go see them play its first ever area show at 9 p.m. Sept. 23 at the Iron Horse Pub. The four-piece Ramones tribute act will open up for the Joan Jett tribute act, Cherry Bomb.
The Sedated lead singer Joey Sedated (each band member is named Sedated like each Ramones member was named Ramone) has the job of his life singing Ramones lyrics to a super high-energy tribute band, which includes Dee Dee Sedated on bass, Johnny Sedated on guitar and Marky Sedated on drums. - USA Today

Bio
While the Ramones are sadly no more, they're still alive and well in spirit courtesy of Sedated - The Ultimate Ramones Experience. Established in 2015, Sedated has been progressively making a name for itself. In 7 years, here's a short list of feats:
1. Performances throughout the country (9 states and counting)
2. Endorsements from those most closely affiliated with the Ramones. We're talking siblings of original members, producers, movie cast members, producers, professional musical artists and countless who acknowledge our work.
3. Regional press articles including USA Today, and a morning performance on the Fox 4 News morning show in Dallas.
4. A shotgun blast of the most prominent Ramones classics including a few deep cuts as well.
While we could wax on for hours, the fact is seeing is believing. Don't believe us? Just ask PJ Soles who played Riff Randell in the cult classic Rock 'n Roll High School. Roll it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PGFO7euqHg
