SEISMIC EVENT ('siz•mik i'vent):
1. an abrupt release of energy into the Earth.

3. a Denver-based indie-rock band borne from the imaginations of Jason Dean (guitar), Gattlin Griffith (drums), Dave Howell (guitar, vocals), Sam Schuessler (keys, vocals), Tyrel Sloan (vocals), and Kyle Zender (bass). Voted "Best Looking Band in Denver" and "Musical Group Most Likely to Work at a Gas Station" by themselves and their immediate families (respectively), Seismic Event is a harmonious blend of rock rhythms, infectious hooks, powerful vocals and provocative lyrics.
