Biography

In late January 2006 they got together for their first practice. Right away there was chemistry between the four and the cover songs they decided to try out just flowed. SEIZE THE DAY was born.

They have been playing gigs and writing original material ever since. With influences stemming from hard rock, punk, alternative, metal and progressive, SEIZE THE DAY have created a unique mixture of these styles that is all their own.

In the past year they played gigs at many well known venues in Toronto, such as: The Reverb, The El Mocambo, The Opera House, The Sound Academy and The Hard Rock Cafe.

If you go to this link you can watch them performing their song "Good Ol' Destruction" LIVE @ The Sound Academy on 11/27/09:
