Bio

Senser originally formed in 1989 and spent years wowing audiences with awesome live performances and stand-out tracks like 'Eject,' ‘Switch’, ‘Age of Panic’ and ‘No Comply’. In 1995 they broke out from the festival and squat underground and came to chart prominence, releasing one of the seminal albums of the nineties - ‘Stacked Up’ on Ultimate Records / A&M. Several years of touring and gigging with the likes of Rage Against The Machine, Skunk Anansie, Henry Rollins and Moby took their toll and the band split whilst on the brink of breaking America. Half the band went on to record a second album, Asylum, with Arthur Baker whilst several ex-members formed Lodestar and released an album of the same name. Whilst the two bands enjoyed modest success, they never emulated the success of the original Senser line-up.

Reforming in 2004 with the original line-up they released 'Schematic' on One Little Indian records. Realising that there was fundamental change occuring in the music industry they split from OLI and signed with next-generation music company Imprint Music. The focus of their new label is not about selling albums, but about building the band's brand and exploiting all possible income streams through the one company.

The band have been busy writing new material and are scheduled to record their new album in November & December with The Prodigy's producer, Neil McLellan.

Select gigs in the UK last year were played to packed crowds and the new material is a blistering return to form.

The new album is planned for release in May 2008 and will be supported by extensive touring and festivals throughout Europe.
