A collective force of country and southern rock influenced by Big and Rich, Aerosmith, Nickelback, Tom Petty, Lynyrd Skynyrd and other great artists alike!
Sequoyah Rain is not your run of the mill bar band. With their original composition coupled with energy packed performances Sequoyah Rain have developed their own unique sound and devoted fan base.
Sequoyah Rain formed when a few friends (EMT's) began strumming guitars and pondering lyrics at a local EMT station in between calls.
From that collaboration, the song "Angel" was born! A powerful ballad that details the daily experiences of life on the road as an EMT. Shortly after posting "Angel" on SR's myspace page, it quickly won over the general public. As word spread, the Sequoyah Rain myspace website saw an average of 200 visitors a day!
