Seth Caldwell Band

Seth Caldwell is an up and coming singer/songwriter who was born and
raised in a small town south of Atlanta, Georgia. He showed interest in
music from an early age when he learned how to beat pots and pans
with a wooden spoon and soon getting his first drum set at 5 years old.

At 14 years old Seth found interest in the guitar. He played different styles
of music until he found his heart was in it for country music and
ultimately found his place to be in a modern style country genre.

Seth began his real music career at the age of 16 as a worship leader
in a small country church in McDonough, Georgia. He began to hone is
skills at guitar as well as his vocals and spent several years doing
so. Singing became a passion for Seth and he began to put all of his
efforts into being the best he could be vocally. Seth’s passion for
singing country music shine through when you talk to him and he
says, “I love everything there is to say about country music. The good
and the bad, I love it all because it’s about real down home every day
living”. Even though he went through many different styles musically,
Seth’s love and passion for country music prevailed because after all,
he is a country boy from Georgia.

Soon after he paid his dues in the church he took a job playing guitar
and singing back up for another local Georgia country act. Though he
enjoyed his time spent playing well known cover tunes it just wasn't
enough. He soon began to write his own songs and found that his passion
was in singing words that really meant something to him and personally
denoted his life.

In October of 2011 he packed up his life and left for Nashville, Tennessee
where he now writes with some of Nashville's own well established writers.
