The best kept secret in music

This band has no press

seth's debut, "the.lemonade sessions," is set for a formal release in Summer 2006. It's currently being leaked out on-line and independent radio.

seth.perez has produced, written for, and featured on a number of fellow artists' projects. Most recently, he produced two blazing singles for Musicworld (Destiny's Child) artist MOJOE.

Feeling a bit camera shy

seth.perez is accurately marked as a stunning representation of honesty in sound (simplicity).

An explosion of talent, a political agenda, and the message that authentic love will save us all.

Very rarely does an artist come along who is able to create a fresh sound and feeling while remaining slightly familiar to new listeners. It's like seth reaches into your heart, tinkers around for a bit, and finds what you've always longed for - then he gives it to you in a way your mind can comprehend - with delicately subtle reminders of the music that moved you somewhere in the past that you find yourself wanting back more and more each passing moment.

A true songwriter, seth.perez is uninhibited in his movement. He'll be the first to admit that these songs are only passing through him; that he's responsible for returning them outward. There's a freedom in knowing this, he says, which allows him to openly share the whole truth with you and I much like John Lennon or Stevie Wonder have exhibited in their work.

These two greats along with Jimi Hendrix, Robert Plant, Curtis Mayfield, and Sting have been writing inspirations for seth. Some musical influences, seth tells us, include early Michael Jackson, George Clinton, Harry Nielson, The Gypsy Kings, Steve Arrington, and Elton John.

Coincidentally, George Clinton (the legend himself) saw one of seth's performances and expressed that he was "blown away" at seth's unique voice and the fact that he can "sing his ass off." WOW.

Able to excite and empower crowds of any type, seth has successfully shared the stage with the likes of Frank McComb all the way over to Dan Dyer (produced by Lenny Kravitz). Musically, he's just so everywhere, but somehow you're right there with him.

seth's debut album entitled "the.lemonade.sessions" is homage to the hope of a better circumstance. In the CD tray, seth scribbles, "THESE WORDS, THESE SOUNDS .... THEY ARE MY LEMONADE. MISFORTUNE SQUEEZED INTO SOMETHING SWEET TO GLORIFY YOU."

If that doesn't speak volumes, we don't know what will.
