Bio
Rich soulful vocals mixed with thundering drums, driving guitars, and symphonic orchestration – this is SEVEN SYMPHONIES. Winner of two FACTOR music awards in 2012, Seven Symphonies has been recognized for their innovation in music composition and recording. With experience across the globe, members of the band have represented Canada in countries such as Afghanistan, Germany, and China. Originally from the GTA, Seven Symphonies formed while attending The Metalworks Institute. This group of college friends quickly became a band of brothers ready to take on the world.
With a diverse set list, Seven Symphonies is able to deliver both high-energy rock performances and intimate acoustic shows. Joined by a string section, the band also performs ‘coffee house’ versions of their songs which creates a unique blend of symphonic rock. With proven stage presence, the band also performed at Yonge|Dundas in support of Habitat for Humanity which helped raise over $30,000 for the charity.
Seven Symphonies is currently preparing for the release of their debut EP in June 2013.
