Severed Stars

Severed Stars is an alternative rock group which began life at the end of 2015 in Zaragoza (Spain). Severed Stars has familiar echoes of bands such as Tool, My Bloody Valentine, early P. J. Harvey and Queens Of The Stone Age. However, they have their own unique sound with epic choruses and poetic lyrics. 

With the musical influences of each individual being somewhat different and diverse, the sound that's created results in a unique individuality in the current market. The guitar riffs, the drum solos and the solid bass form a perfect melodic and original sound for lovers of great rock music. 

Stormclouds Songs, the first work of Severed Stars: 

The first album was published digitally in march 2017. Nine songs that show the energy and power of this upcoming band. 

The songs from 'Stormclouds Songs' were written by Robin Blackmore. The songwriting has been influenced primarily by underground American bands like Helmet, Far, Jawbox and Shiner, but offer a departure from their sound.
