"Cuban National Symphony Orchestra arrives Tuesday to Luanda"

Sexto Sentido is the most known and respected Female Vocal Quartet in Cuba today. Certified by the Great Chucho Valdés as creators of the most important vocal work in Cuba in the last three decades.

These four young singers with gracious versatility and great vocal range collectively gather their talents as; composers, arrangers and performers to form their unique sound that identifies them as “The Sensual Voices of Cuba”. Their musical influences range from Jazz, Bossa Nova, R&B, Hip-Hop and naturally the best of Cuban Music.

Along with their small talented band they have performed at prestigious events and stages in Mexico, Russia, France, Monaco, Angola, Portugal, Bulgaria and Chile, Portugal sharing the stage with top jazz musicians such as Chucho Valdés, Pablo Milanés, Michel Legrand, Steve Coleman & Five Elements.

In between shows it is not rare to find them recording with top producers such Guy Sigsworth, Norman Cook “Fatboy Slim” for various film projects.

Due to the recent award of their latest record (Mi Feeling), it will now be distributed in the US and Canada this summer by Ahi-Nama Music. The record is already gaining airplay at some of the US most influential radio stations such as KCRW.
