Shady Grady and the Nobodies

The primordial origins of Shady Grady and the Nobodies arose when guitarist Bill Grady and keyboardist Jack Wisenberger went out to sea for a three-hour tour on the S.S. Minnow. It was aboard the Minnow that Bill and Jack encountered drummer Jimmy Walsh, bassist Mike Palma, and a cheeky fellow named Gilligan. In a shocking twist of fate, the boat was shipwrecked on an island with no contact to the outside world. To stave off boredom, they constructed instruments from driftwood and coconuts with which they jammed ceaselessly until their rescue an undetermined number of years later. Thus, SG & The Nobodies was born.

Back in Chicago, Shady Grady & The Nobodies brought their 4-piece tour-de-force to the masses and have since been performing their brand of funky, triptacular rock at local Chicago venues. With influences like Hendrix, Jamiroquai, Phish, and Pink Floyd, the electric pulse wave of a live SG & The Nobodies show is more than enough to get the brain sizzling and the bodies moving.
