We are a three piece rock, reagae, punk, and jam-funk band from Indianapolis, Indiana. We are a party band to the fullest. We love to have a good time on stage and just play for us and get the crowd into it the best we can. We have been around for a little over a year now. We have three tracks recorded but the way to get them on Sonicbids confuses the fuck out of me so listen to us on myspace.com/shakeupyourlife. We are about to put out a new album. Its going to be our first besides demos. Yiippeee!!! We are very excited about it and right when its finished I will for sure tell everyone on here about it and you guys can order a copy.
