Bio

The young and talented hot new South Central rapper Shakur Luciano is the voice of reasoning. In his raps he states how he came from nothing to something with only keeping his mind on his riches. Luciano is a Los Angeles native that grew up in a city with violence and gang banging. Not being the one to follow behind the trend he decided that he didn’t want to be a statistic so he turned to music, which is his outlet of freedom.
Luciano’s famous talent is his freestyle. No need to rehearse or write anything down he gives it to you straight with no chaser. His style is like an old school Tupac mixed with his new sizzling flavor. “Barely trust me so how can I trust him?” Luciano’s famous line from his hit song Face to Face on his No Laccin’ mixtape that released in October of 2015. He expresses his frustrations with people that claim to have your back. “It means that sometimes I don’t even know my full intentions so how could I trust someone else’s intentions?” he said. Then followed by his statement on what he wants people to know about him, “I want people to know that I give my all into everything that I do. When you hear a Shakur Luciano song just know that I redid each song about one hundred times and what you’re listening to is my perfection.”
At a young age he realized that he was different from everyone. He had a talent that spoke volumes and touched souls. He’s from the gritty streets of Los Angeles where he was no stranger to crime. Through his childhood he had to learn to make use of what bad hand he was dealt with. He became his own man. At one point he was in and out of juvenile but that experience gave him the best life lesson. “South Central kept me on my diligence and militants. Me seeing poverty made me never want to struggle. Growing up without a dad made me refuse hand outs and I became self-made,” the rapper explained.
