In 2002, Shane Bazinet was only a beginner in vocals and guitar, but performed house shows--he wowed his friends. He established his own back-up band a year later and they performed in various venues in Sudbury. When side projects began taking over practise time with the band, Shane decided to go solo--and change his style from rock to folk--he also changed his name to Shane Daniel (Daniel being his middle name). His debut album, 'Yours Truly' is an excellent piece of art and a lesson to the young generation. Shane Daniel plays folk and country with a "hardcore" edge. His music can be enjoyed by both sexes, people of all ages, and all races.
