I’d be lying if I didn’t credit the anime mixtape cover for the reason I clicked on this artist’s project, but his lyrics and invigorating beats kept me listening past track one. Shawn May keeps his project, SAVEYUR, flowing with unconventional instrumentals and twisting hip-hop into a new form.
