Bio
It all began in 1986 with the Country Cousins, his fathers original and cover country band. In high school there was the 80s rock band (Hot Pursuit), in college the 90s alternative group (9 Ball) and the post-punk fury of The Fiascoes. In 1997 a home was found in Splendorgrass, an all-original, alt-country trio, which toured the East Coast. This included a performance at Woodstock 99. The rhythm section of Splendorgrass then created The Honey Wagon, a classic outlaw-country cover band that performed regionally across New York State. Shawn has relocated to Atlanta, GA, and has recently performed with a Grammy Nominated Country artist. It is songwriters like Lyle Lovett, Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson that continue to drive Shawn to perform.
