FuturisticOldSkoolHipHop wit a soul vibe!!!

“It started in my age of innocence, an adolescent mixin' dub plates of criminal minded & jazz greats!”
They might just be lyrics to you, but to Shawty Ol Skool, these words describe the beginnings of a lifetime love for Hiphop music. At the tender age 10 Plx began deejaying for local parties and emcees.
His passion led him to making beats & emceeing. In his quest of being a dope artist,Plx would go to summer school every year, not to further his education, nor to catch up on school work, but he went because he knew every school in the city would be under one roof. So through a relentless onslaught of high school battles Plx honed his craft.
In the summer of 1995 Alvin Davis (Shawty Plx) Joined the Greasekydz after numerous encounters and freestyle ciphers with each other.
In March 2003, the GreaseKydz released their first full-length album “Grown Folks Music”. A blend of old school and new school Hip Hop with a southern twang, the album brings a new, innovative sound with hard beats and intelligent rhymes. .Since then Plx has been producing other artists, & plans on making futuristic ol'skool hiphop 4eva!!!
