Shays Rebellion is a five-piece rock and roll band from California’s beautiful, scenic Northern Coast. Hailing from Humboldt County, Shays Rebellion kicks out tunes reminiscent of the Kinks, the Velvet Underground, the Animals, or a young version of the Who. The band writes all original material and has been playing shows consistently in the Humboldt County area since the spring of 2004. Currently seeking to broaden their horizons, Shays Rebellion is planning to tour the west coast in the coming months and is looking for places to play as you read this.
