Sheasheashea is a onewomanband based in Malmö/ Sweden and Paris/France. She was formerly the singer and co-songwriter of the celebrated electronic popband SOM.

She has been sharing stage with big named like Mark Kozelek, Denison Witmer, The Field, Seabear, A mountain of one, Borco, Hello Saferide, Titiyo, Marit Bergman, Jonna Lee and many more.

Sheasheashea's music has been described as "beautiful music suitable for a cosy winters day" aswell as compared to singersongwriter Cat Powers early days. More and more her music blends a mix of the music label "Kompakt" electronical sound and pop/folklore-musician Beth Orton.
Her compositions are often piano based with epic melodies where romantic melancholia meets a blend of acoustic and electronic sounds. The texts are written in swedish or english depending on the message.

Sheasheashea´s voice is really special and moves your heart directly, people get amazed and the room where she´s in get´s intense as she opens her mouth. There´s an honest and attentive feeling in her message, comparative to preaching and express real insightfulness.
She reaches her audience inside and out and you can´t show up at her liveperfomance and walk away unaffected.

Her music leaves curiosity and it´s rare and cognisance at the same time. SHEASHEASHEA is contemporary art presented through her voice and through her sounds. It´s rare and unique!

Starting from october 2009 Sheasheshea will be the musical director of one of southern swedens biggest and most ambitious clubs. There she will do live performances and improvisation together with famous swedish artists.

Her forthcoming album "Billie - Why Try To Change Her, What About You" will be released in february 2010.

She has shared stages with and supported great artist such as Mark Kozelek, Denison Witmer, Laakso, Seabear, Borco, Tom Malmqvist etc.
