Bio

Druni and Done started SheeL in 2005. At the tiny rooms of Temple campus in Walnut Street, every night, these two insomniac college students bugged their neighbors with pop-rock and electro-hop tunes tracks made on fruity loops.

A few months after they were introduced by a drunk hindu host at a basement party, both musicians hit it off and starting performing as a duo using RadioShack microphones and a worn-out laptop.

With a handful of homemade demos, they travelled back to their hometown in Argentina to record a EP that would have otherwise cost thousands of dollars in Philly. For this, they recruited guitarist Santino drummer Eddie Giardina, who had recently worked with ACDC’s producer Pete Coleman (yup, name-dropping commences as of now.)

Upon hearing the recording, a local up-and-coming label LARALA offers them their first record deal. This is when they team-up with renowned Bossa producer Guillermo Porro and come up with a 11 tracks known as “Three Stars Later”. The album was mastered by Scott Hull.
