Bio
SHEEP AMONG WOLVES began as a collaboration between good friends Trevor Adams and Gage Duke, who, after the demise of their previous band, decided to write music that they not only enjoyed playing, but could unapologetically pour their hearts into however they wanted.
They quickly added Isaiah Guerrero to their lineup as a second guitarist, recorded a five song acoustic demo, and began playing wherever they could. The three-piece landed shows with well-known local acts like A Rotterdam November and Salt The Seas, quickly forming somewhat of a local fan base. Included in this fan base were local scenesters Marcus Cassano, Rob Lanterman, and Gabe Miller, who, following Guerrero’s parting early 2012, joined on the drums, guitar, and bass, respectively.
Last September, the band proudly released their first official release, a full length record entitled He Moves. Produced and engineered by good friend Joseph “Lyle” Carrier, the eleven tracks not only bring out their honest, unique approach to songwriting and spoken-word poetry, but they also demonstrate where the band originally came from as an acoustic three piece, and where they are now going as a full band.
