Shell Heaven Lee

In October 2002, Shell Lee was awarded a grant from Australia Council for the Arts, for 'Emerging Artists under-26'. Shell was of the 17 applicants granted out of 217 applicants (reviewed by a board including Katie Noonan from Brisbane band 'George').
