Old Neighborhood

Written By: Sherman Hunter, Kevin Foster, Gary Palmer

"If I could you know I would bring back the old neighborhood"

I watched the country turn into the city, brothers killin' brothers, oh what a pity. I tell you.

There was peace in the park, wasn't afraid of the dark. There was love in the air, people had time to care. I tell you.

I watched a mother kiss her son good-bye, she outlived her son because the young brother used a gun. I tell you.
