Ontario, Canada - Sherry is a pop rock group known for their edgy attitude and great lyrics. They were originally formed in 2003, recorded 7 EP’s in 2004 and toured Ontario between 2003-2005.

The four band members include Sherry Lane (vocals), Teddy Lane (guitar), Shawn Smith (bass) and Dany Santos (drums). Their sound is pop rock with an edgy side with very creative tunes. Their style is fresh, young, full of attitude and full of energy, the perfect cocktail to create that ultimate sound.

Bob Klanac from Scene Magazine states, “the pop slam of Sherry’s debut assures that not only will there be a follow up trip to the studio but that it will be keenly awaited.” Their sound is catchy, the vocals are sharp and the sound is addicting. That special style comes from the ability to write, record and perform with your sibling, which helps to create that true connection between the two. The environment is comfortable which allows for that creative process to flow.

Sherry’s new single, “Sunday”, off of their self titled EP, “Sherry” has already been released. They have been getting rave reviews and there is no wonder. They are good at what they do.

Sherry has had opportunities to open for Canadian acts such as Alana Myles, Sass Jordon, Social Code and more. They have been nominated for best pop rock band from 2004-2006 at the London Music Awards. They were a winner of the Paragon Battle of the Bands in 2004 and have marketed themselves very strategically throughout.

“The success of Sherry can only be measured by their fans, hard work and dedication. With the new album in sight, expect even more addictive sound. We suggest you take one dose of Sherry three times a day until finished.”
