After ten years of collaborative musical artistry, Konflit now SHIFT is still drawing new waters from its well-spring of inspiration. The band is always uncompromisingly true to itself, yet never quite the band you think you’ve come to know.
With a series of fascinating albums, Konflit has left its mark on many musical idioms by crafting inventive stylistic combinations. And for their fifth album, the band has once again broken the mould transforming themselves into SHIFT, a new project that swells with oceanic energy and sparkles with the coral-tinged colors of the heart.
The new SHIFT sound blends drifts of desire, derision, delirium and seems to make imagery in the music itself, through intense and evocative sound textures.
