Shiver was started about 7 years ago by founding member Chris Wern. Shiver is a Long Island original band that can be classified within the ranges of Rock / Punk / Alternative all rolled into one original sound that makes us who we are today. Our influences include Nirvana, Oasis, & The Rolling Stones. Our 2003 EP "The Way We Are" received great responses and great reviews by such publications as "Good Times"," New York Rock Street Beat", & "Powerpill Productions"......"Shiver scores high in melody, musicianship, & heart"....."A formidable presence to rekon with"......"Straight-ahead rock with a great melody".
