Bio
Shivon is a singer, songwriter & guitarist.
Born in India and raised in Australia, Shivon has had a range of influences from folk, indie and blues to western country music.
During her academic years, Shivon studied Contemporary Music and Performance at the Australian Institute of Music and was subsequently offered a scholarship to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, United States. Instead, passionate about travel and inspired by the European music scene, shivon decided to move to England to immerse herself in the music she loves. This inspiration culminated in the recording of her all original debut EP, "Tales of a Songbird" which is now available on ITunes.
Shivon has recently returned to her home city of Sydney and will be touring in the coming months.
Her music is inspired by the likes of Bon Iver, Angus & Julia Stone, Joanna Newsom, Ben Howard, Joni Mitchell, Mumford and Sons.
