After appearing for 8 weeks on the hot show Freestyle Friday (B.E.T. 106 & Park), Shivy is now set in ingest his sound and music into the music industry. With the release of his debut album (Available on iTunes, Rhapsody) Shivy expects to hear from the fans that will validate the music and the critics alike that will comment on the way they feel about it. “This is for hip hop and music lovers. The music represents my past and present and how I have evolved as an artist. I always strive to be the best I can be and put out the best music possible” says Shivy. The 23 year old New Jersey rapper now residing in Atlanta, has drawn the interest of some industry heavyweights including superstar hit maker Sean Garrett who wrote and produced tracks such as "Yeah"(Usher, Lil Jon & Ludacris), "Check on It", "Irreplaceable", "De Ja Vu", "Ring The Alarm" (Beyonce), "Like This"(Kelly Rowland), "London Bridge" (Fergie), "Buttons" (PussyCat Dolls), "Run It" & "Gimme That" (Chris Brown), "Goodies" (Ciara). His management company Eclipse Artist Management Group LLC has been busy exposing his music world wide and growing an already huge fan base. The first six weeks of the debut release Shivy’s music has been played over 1 million times on Myspace (www.myspace.com/eclipseartistmanagementgroup). As Shivy weaves his way through the market he realizes his precision has to be surgically perfect. He has to hit all the right spots for fans to buy into his music. Shivy is signed with Eclipse Artist Management Group LLC a Jacksonville, Florida based company with another studio location in Nashville, TN. The company’s primary focus is reaching out to the millions upon millions of music fans online while not neglecting the ones offline. Recently club and radio promotion has been getting fed a hefty diet of Shivy. The young artist left Rutgers University in New Jersey to follow his passion and now he wants to see that his music becomes the passion of others.
