So following in footsteps of his older cousins, Jon turned to a live of hustling. Ultimately he would become one of the biggest hustlers in the north side of Chicago. Making money was all that mattered to Jon who now would be recognized in his hood as "SHO". After several near death experiences with the police and rival street hustlers, SHO decided to take a break from the street life and focused on writing songs and stories. Then in 2004 he was introduced to a local producer named Jonnyboy who had heard many stories about the hood legend they called SHO. After just one hour in Jonnyboys studio, the two would lay down there first track and the rest as they say is history. As Jonnyboy would find that the SHO was all he needed to get his music out to the masses. Fast forward to present where the SHO and Jonnyboy have taken each others talents to another level.
