Ascending from the toxic cesspit more widely known as the Garden State, five young men have braved the storm of musical creation, to go where MANY have gone before, only to do it with more style, grace and flat out, balls to the wall energy than a god damn supernova. This ragtag group of hip, young gunslingers have been picking up some steam on the East Coast as of late and should be considered nothing short of a ticking time bomb, set to blow your mind without fair warning. Shooter McGavin isn’t your grandmother’s post-hardcore, pop-punk crossover band and much like the Christopher McDonald character they’re named after, Shooter McGavin plays it where it lies (currently within the Tri-state area), toting their ability to get a crowd up and jumping, no matter the circumstance.
