One of the hottest young talents to come out of Philly. He's the young man responsible for the creation of most of the hooks on the SP label. Shotime continues to show that he knows how to keep to crowd hype with his latest hook for Club Banga.
First, beginning to write rhymes at the age of nine years old, Shotime had a natural flow. By the age of sixteen Shotime had already won numerous street battles. Nobody around could touch him when it came to spitting nouns and verbs.
Coming from the streets of South Philly his rhymes speak of the day to day struggles to get ahead. Refusing to let a destitute environment take him under, Sho uses his craft to stay focus and out of trouble. This man is hungry and wants nothing more than to hear his name spoken in the same sentence as legends he grew up idolizing.
Constantly enhancing his versatility Sho has moved to creating more commercal lyrics. Its hard for him not to naturally spit street battle rhymes which earned him the name Shotime.
His music captures audiences with its intelligent wordplay, stunning metaphors and cunning street knowledge while still carrying a message. He is diffinently the future of hip hop.
