Shwill

Shwill was born in Washington D.C. and grew up living in Virginia. He chose to pursue an interest in music, starting with Surf Rock on a 12 string Fender Acoustic, later developing a taste for distortion and sounds like Nirvana and Silverchair.

Shwill's style is a cross of good ole rock n' roll, grunge, 60's brit psych-pop, blues, punk, hip-hop and groove, matched with catchy melodies and experimental styles. His songs excel in production quality and talent, as well as song structure and editing.

Shwill uses an array of electric guitars, a Fender 12 string, a Silvertone 6 string acoustic, a Carlo Robelli Jumbo 6 string acoustic, rackmount effects units, Congas/Bongos and hand drums of all sizes, drum and beat machines, loop sequencers, Pro Tools, Reason, Cubase, GarageBand, Logic, Fruity Loops and Nuendo, experimental editing methods, Mary Jane and many other, more confidential techniques and boxes.
