Standard Issue was formed in 2000 in Grand Junction,Colorado by Tullie Bailey (The1&Only). He had been rapping most of his life and he felt it was time to get it out to the people. He linked with DJ Silent Ben they put together an EP called American Pride. Then in 2004 they put out a mixtape and hit the road, playing over 200 shows on 6 tours with some of underground hip hops top artist such as Gray Skul, The Shape Shifters,Digital Underground,visionarie crew ect. Then in 2006 S I went to work on their debut album (Blurred Vision) which is due out the First part of 2007
