"Sibling First Listen"

I absolutely love coming across refreshingly awesome music. Throw in some live instrumentation and you’ve completely won me over. Such is the case with NYC based Hip Hop band, Sibling. The 6-piece band fuses Jazz, Rock, Funk, Classical and of course, Hip Hop for one heck of a musical concoction! The band, comprised of Eli Black (vocals), Halley Hiatt (vocals), Jason Berman (guitar), Eldad Arad (bass), Jett Carter (drums), and Mike Farrell (sax), have showcased their talents in events and on stages throughout NYC, including The Knitting Factory, Afropunk’s Battle of the Bands, CMJ Festival, Arlene’s Grocery, Mercury Lounge and more. They’ve also toured in other areas throughout the Northeast such as New Jersey and various states in New England.

Now, their self-titled debut EP, offers something for everybody. The band’s eclectic sound is truly unique and caters to an array of genres. Each band member’s musical influences and backgrounds is reflected in their diverse sound. Take a listen for yourself below. - Maria Myraine
