What happens when you take an up and coming singer mixed with three parts 10 year plus accomplished musicians on guitar, bass, and drums. A Side Of Beef. The band started with the writings of singer Timmy P, and guitarist Big Ted in early March 08. Big Ted quickly brought in long time friend and bassist Woodsy. It took until June 09 to find the last perfect piece of the puzzle, and monster rhythmic rock drummer Trinta. The wall of pure sonic groove oriented rock cannot be truly described by words alone. You must listen and feel the songs live as well as recorded. With a modern interpretation of what true rock really is, the songs tackle daily life issues that everyone can relate to. With 14 originals already in the bank and a choice cover per show, S.O.B is journeying through the wild jungle, better known as the Chicago rock scene. With S.O.B. you can rock, dance, party, and think at the same time. Be there for this wild ride. S.O.B. has recorded, and released our first E.P. "First Helping", & it's available at our shows, and is available to download off I Tunes, Rhapsody, and Amazon. We recorded our 2nd ep "Choice Cuts" this Oct., and it will be available at our Monster CD Release Party at Walter Payton's Roundhouse Fri. Dec. 11th. The sky's the limit for the rest of '09 & '10.
