Sigean

Sigean was formed in 1997 to allow band members to play the traditional music of Ireland and Scotland. We follow the style set by The Bothy Band, but with a native Scot vocalist and fiddle player. We use traditional instruments such as the Irish wooden flute, Uilleann Pipes, Bodhran, Fiddles and backed by a hard driving rhythm section of guitar and upright bass. We guarantee the audience will be dancing, clapping along, laughing, moved to tears and generally having a great time. Our band is comprised of very experienced musicians and professional entertainers.
