Sigma started their engines, on May 2009, when Spiros Rigos and Spiros Karagiannis, decided to create a music band full of pleasant and rhythm music.
So, Filippos Michalopoulos (bass guitar), Dimitris Mountouris (keybords) and Vagelis Tsimplakis (Drums) joined the group
They first got on stage on 28th of April 2010, in a small bar in Athens.
All their friends where there listening and having fun with Sigma’s pop – rock playlist. Greek and foreign.
Till today they have had several concerts all over Greece, performing songs of their own also.
Everyone in this Greek band is specialized with their instrument, they're so passionate when they write their own songs, and so proffessional when they go on stage.
Their big step was their live performance at 9th and 10th Beer Festival at Peace and Friendship Stadium, in Piraeus, fully crowded, where people from all Athens, were there tasting beer from all over the world.
On November 2011, their first song, called “Otan Mou Les S’agapo” was published, a song full of energy and rythm, written by Spiros Rigos, and these days are trying to find the best way, so their 9 other songs, will be published also.
Sigma have shown already that they know how to create great songs and they also know that when their first album go on the market, things will come as they expect it.
