Jason Bennett- Has been playing since he was 11 years of age. Guitar was his first instrument of choice but later forced himself to learn many others like drums, bass, and piano. It was not till his first band could not find a singer that he decided to sing. Jason's former band Halflink has won multiple battle of the bands and is known to be one of the most successful unsigned bands, though Jason has found he would rather be heard for who he is and not let his brother down for he was the one who believed in Jason the most......

MEET THE BAND 

JASON BENNETT

AKA “HOLLYWOOD”

Born in Seaford, Delaware in 1984, Jason still calls Delaware his home in Laurel, Delaware.

The founder of the band, mastering and orchestrating its original compositions of music & lyrics give this band the unique & variable edgy sound that the “loyalists” crave.  Rhythm guitar & lead vocals are his instruments of choice although he is a drummer in the shadows as well.

Jason provides the element of difference that sets this band apart from masses. His lyrics can be deep, edgy, dark, funny, or dense, guaranteed to hit up the deepest of emotions.  His compositions come from the story of “LIFE”.  Some of it good and some of it not, for example:  one of his songs named “NUMB” is based on the untimely tragedy of his younger brother’s accidental death.  Music gives Jason his voice to speak and share his own emotions in the best way he knows how.  Music is his vent, his passion and by taking life’s circumstances writing about it, he loves sharing those stories that all can relate to.

CHRIS CARROLL

AKA: “SKAYLES”

Born, raised and never left since 1987, Chris calls Salisbury, Maryland his home and Mardela Springs, MD his current home.

Chris grew up in a musical family, his mother sang, his father was a guitarist and his brother a rapper and drummer and his youngest brother is also a promising talent.  

“SKAYLES” as he has been “dubbed” is all over it, up or down, he can pull off multiple instruments from guitars to bass and sings multi-tonal harmonies and gets it done! While jumping around his fingers whip up and down his bass shredding those “skayles” and never “fretting” about it!

*Roadie for other professional bands
