Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Garry Siler has performed in the US and Europe, beginning his career at the age of 9. Garry plays a 12-string acoustic guitar with a pleasing vocal style. He has received several awards and has appeared on several television and radio shows.

The Garry Siler Band made their debut on February 8, 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona, creating their own foot-stompin' style of classic rock that provided the soul and heartbeat to the creative lyrics in their songs. During their first two years, The Garry Siler Band played many clubs and events throughout Arizona. They appeared at CopperCon, a science fiction convention, The World Horror Convention, The Arizona State Fair, several events sponsored by Budweiser, The Arizona Music Festival, and appeared on the Showcase television show. Songwriting is one of Garry's passions and there's a story in every song. Garry 's songs are about his life and times using diversified lyrics and music.

After releasing the album "Dichotomy" in 1995, Reliable sources stated that someone from NASA purchased the cassette. It was put aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis on its first Rendezvous with the Mir space station and "Free Fire Zone" an upbeat rock/reggae tune, played during the CNN's live broadcast when the crew of the Space Shuttle Atlantis met with the Russians on MIR. The Garry Siler band re-recorded the album, and titled it "The Garry Siler Band".

"I don't want to live in a free fire zone, let's give space a try!"

The Garry Siler Band’s rendition of The Allman Brothers “Whippin Post”, Pink Floyd’s “Confortably Numb” and the movie theme “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” capivated audiences throughout Arizona. The Garry Siler Band's last show was recorded live at Dr. Feelgood's and the CD is available for free.

Although successful with the Garry Siler Band, Garry returned to his celtic roots and joined with Stephin Clarc as “Siler & Clarc”.

Stephin Clarc has performed around the globe for past 24 years. Beginning his career in a little café at the age of 14, he soon realized that he had indeed found his life's calling, playing a "flat pick" style acoustic guitar. Stephin has hosted many Open Mic's at various restaurants and bars.

Stephin has played solo, duos, and with bands at various times in his career, opening for such artists as "The Dead Kennedys", but his first love is singing harmonies with a partner.

Stephin received his BA degree from UCLA in Theater Arts, specializing in music; spent 5 years in the Navy as a Naval Hospital Corpsman, assigned to Marine Force Recon. He is a motorcyclist enthusiast, plays golf, and designs jewelry.

Siler & Clarc perform at Renaissance Faires, festivals, and other venues in the Southwest bringing together their original tunes and reviving classic rock and traditional celtic songs during their shows.
