Silivea Johnson is an Independent Christian recording artist, songwriter, musician, and producer/engineer. Her musical gifts has awarded her to opened for named acts like Pattie Labelle and Dionne Warwick. As Founder of Out Of Bondage Records & S.J. Productions, Silivea now spreads the Good News about Jesus Christ through her own musical and video productions. Silivea Johnson has worked in various areas of the music and marketing business, and understands the artistry and business. After graduating college, Silivea recorded with Billboard Honored jazz musician Tom Browne on his "Mo Jamaica Funk" project, and toured with Browne, appearing live on B.E.T Jazz Central, on stage at Blues Alley , SOB’s in NYC, and also in Browne’s major music video. It was years following her experience in professional jazz that Silivea answered the call to self-produce her own God inspired Spiritual Music. She released her debut album entitled “I Give Him Praise”, in 2000. Seven years later, she released a second album, “Legacy Of Christ” . Her latest album is entitled, "One Heart One Mind, and boasts to be a wonderful combination of both praise and worship songs plus soft urban sounds . As the Lord inspires new music, Silivea Johnson continues to sing, write and develop her sound.
