Silvana

Silvana was born and raised in Giessen, Germany where she discovered her love of music at an early age. She now lives in New York City, where she is pursuing her modern country music career.

Silvana found out early in life that music was her true passion. Therefore, she sang in her school choir as well as in church for many years. At age 15 she joined Ten Sing, a YMCA teenage group, which put together shows with a combination of choir, band, drama and dance. During her 6 years with the group, she learned how to choreograph a show, work with a team of performers, sing solo and dance in front of an audience. She took singing lessons for an extended period and recorded her first album as “Awaiting June” in 2000 together with producer/songwriter Sebastian Franke.

Although she is relatively new to the country music genre and the US, Silvana is continuing to impress those who hear her. Thanks to the people, who believe in her talent and one of Nashville’s top producers, who was impressed with Silvana’s soulful country voice she has been given the opportunity to record her new single ‘Blown Away’. Silvana is especially thankful to her family & friends, who always believed in her.
