Bio

Kevin Hoyas (guitar and vocals)

When times get tough Kevin gets tougher. He pulls up his boots with straps made out of leather and while he might not be the world's smartest man, he knows that there is one thing that we all understand: that America is the man. Kevin likes beard grooming, run-on sentences of a nonsensical nature and dragonflys.

Edmund LeStrange (guitar and backing vocals)

Edmund is a man. Growing up he split his time between Eastern Europe documenting the Zubaz phenomenon and summering in the actors guilds of New York City, where he honed his acting chops opposite inanimate breakfast toppings. All this comes in very handy while he shreds his "ugliest Jaguar in the world" in an unending quest for perfect tones. Edmund likes dinky leads, sacrilegious screeds, one sheets and velcro.

Lisa Rickenberg (bass)

"You always owe the Reaper your life so you might as well run up a big tab" are words to live by for Lisa, and indeed, she has racked up quite the bill. From taking deep breaths while listening in on private conversations in the Northwest to assembling a menacing army of soldered soldiers in the hills of Texas, Lisa knows no boundaries. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between the skull-rattling sounds of her bass and the death rattle that stalks her lifestyle. Lisa likes vintage finds, cheap wines and analog doodads.

Matt Smith (drums)

Don't call Matt "the informer." This stick-waggler beats the skins like nobody's business (and beating the skins is actually some people's business). Give him two numbers and a horizontal line and in a few days this crazy guy will make a rhythm out of it that blows minds. This beatster's motto is "a smile lasts a while but a frown always goes down," and holy smokes, does he live by it! Matt likes thumping heads, breaking beds and murder mysteries.
